This policy outlines how event-related items will be distributed for Nashik Petathon.
1. Participant Kit Collection (Bib, T-shirt, Goodie Bag)
Physical Collection Mandatory
All participants must physically collect their event kit, which may include:
● Bib number
● Timing chip (if applicable)
● Official event t-shirt
● Goodie bag and partner materials
Designated Collection Point
Kit distribution will take place at a designated Bib Collection / Expo venue in Nashik.
Collection Schedule
Dates, timings, and venue details will be communicated via:
● Registered email
● Official website
● Official social media channels
Participants are required to adhere strictly to the announced schedule.
Identification Required
To collect the kit, participants must present:
● Valid photo ID
● Registration confirmation (digital or printed)
No Shipping
● No kits, bibs, or merchandise will be shipped under any circumstances
● This applies to all participants (local or outstation)
2. Pet Participation Requirements (At Collection & Event)
● Pets do not need to be present during kit collection
● However, participants may be required to confirm pet details (if applicable)
● Final participation is subject to compliance with event safety and pet guidelines3. Finisher Medals & Completion Benefits
On-Ground Distribution Only
● Finisher medals, certificates, and any completion rewards will be given only at the event venue
● Eligibility is subject to successful participation in the registered category
No Shipping
● Medals or rewards will not be shipped post-event
● Unclaimed items will not be retained or redistributed
4. Responsibility for Collection
● It is the sole responsibility of the participant to collect their kit within the designatedtimeline
● No alternate collection windows will be guaranteed
● The Organizer will not be responsible for:
○ Uncollected kits
○ Missed collection windows
○ Requests for post-event delivery
5. Exceptional Cases
In rare situations, the Organizer may (at its sole discretion):
● Allow authorized third-party collection with proper documentation
● Modify distribution formats due to operational or safety reasons
Such exceptions are not guaranteed and will be communicated officially if applicable.
